Appalachian State University, the College of Health Sciences and the Department of Nursing are pleased to announced the new prelicensure on-campus nursing program has received accreditation from the Committee of the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). Dr. Wanda Stutts, Chair of the Nursing Department reacted to the announcement by saying, "I have anxiously been awaiting their decision for the past few months and wanted to share the good news as soon as I heard."
